What am I talking about?

I’m talking about interrupting the thought patterns with the silliest phrase you can think of.


Because all these meaningless (yet negative) thoughts or social anxiety – are really no more real or important than a totally silly, off the wall phrase like:


Negative thoughts are total gibberish.

And a mood of lightness and laughter can be a great cure for any negative mood.

It’s just one of many ways.

What would your phrase be? Make up your own.

Next time you find yourself in a hole, try it out and even say it out loud and be silly.

Especially if you are at home by yourself or in your own room.

The more off the wall you can be, the better.
