| How to stop seeking approval |
Do you think that having social anxiety relate to fear of not being accepted, rejected, or that you have to prove yourself, seek validation, etc.?
Well today, I have a question from a subscriber I’d like to share with you on how to stop seeking approval.
He asks:
“David, whenever you have felt socially anxious or afraid do you think it was because you are afraid of not being
accepted, afraid of rejection?
In other words, have you ever felt that you need to prove yourself or that someone do a guilt trip upon you to make
you feel that you need to prove yourself to them?
